If more than one person is doing display in the office and it is a team effort, do ask permission to change each other’s display.
I call this exercising “display etiquette”.Do allow your patients and customers to shop form your display. Of course they may not put everything back per original display … straighten things up after they have left the office/dispensary. It would be wise to schedule a set time to clean and re-display everyday or every two days as required.
